I’m preparing a section 204 appeal against my local council and the current draft of both my skeleton argument and grounds of appeal needs a sharp legal eye. The core job is to sift through what I already have, pinpoint the strongest points, cut the excess, and refine the language so the court sees a clear, well-structured case.

Here is what I need from you:
• A page-by-page review highlighting where arguments can be tightened, clarified, or removed altogether.
• Incorporation of the legal precedents and case law I will provide, ensuring they sit in the right place and are cited correctly.
• Re-ordering or restructuring paragraphs so the narrative flows logically from facts to legal principles to requested relief.
• A brief note identifying any additional evidence that would strengthen each point, so I can source and supply it quickly.
• Two delivered files: one marked-up in Track Changes (Word) showing every edit, and one final clean version ready for filing.

If you spot gaps in authority or see a better way to frame an argument, feel free to propose fresh wording—full rewrites are welcome when they make the submission more persuasive. I’ll supply the existing drafts, supporting documentation, and any further evidence you ask for as soon as we start.
