Text Data Copy-Paste Entry -- 2

I have a collection of PDF and Word documents that need to be transformed into clean, well-organized spreadsheet records. The core of the job is straightforward copy-and-paste work: lift text exactly as it appears in each source file and place it into the correct rows and columns of either Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer.

Accuracy is everything here; typos or shifted columns create downstream problems for me, so I’ll be checking consistency in spelling, capitalization, and formatting. Speed also matters, but never at the expense of precision. A quick turnaround on each batch helps keep the wider project on schedule.

Although light online look-ups may pop up from time to time, the overwhelming majority of your hours will be spent extracting text from existing documents and entering it into the spreadsheet. If you spot unclear entries, flag them rather than guess—I value clarity over improvisation.
