Rugged Travel Trailer Fabrication Drawings

I have an “Outdoorsman” travel trailer concept that must thrive in remote, sub-zero terrain. I already know the layout and rough dimensions; what I need from you are complete mechanical fabrication drawings that a shop can use without second-guessing. The entire frame will be aluminum, so your drawings should specify profiles, gusseting, weld symbols, bolt patterns, and any corrosion-resistant fasteners appropriate for that material.

Core build requirements
• Insulated walls (extreme-cold rated)
• Heavy-duty suspension suitable for off-road tracks
• Integrated solar power system plus a roof-mount wind turbine
• Front deck strong enough to carry an ATV

Please include assembly views, detailed part prints, and a BOM with cut lengths, hardware counts, and material specs. If you model in SolidWorks or Fusion 360, export STEP files alongside native formats; 2D PDFs should be ready for the fabricator’s CNC/plasma workflow.

I will review initial concept drawings, provide any tweaks, then sign off once final drawings meet dimensional accuracy, clear weld/finish notes, and fit the listed features.
