Multilingual Transformation of WordPress Website

I have an existing live WordPress website built with Elementor Pro. The website is currently in English (fully designed, responsive) and I want to make it fully multilingual in English, Czech and Russian. No redesign is required — the current live website should remain the visual reference.

The scope should include:

1. Complete EN / CZ / RU multilingual setup, with English as the default language.
2. Automatic initial translation of the entire existing website, including approximately 11 pages and 10 blog posts, into Czech and Russian.
3. All translations must remain editable so they can be manually improved later.
Multilingual setup should cover the important website elements, including navigation, forms and global content.
4. Add a clean EN | CZ | RU language switcher to the existing header.
5. Add a new marketing campaign section (additional block) to the Home page in all three languages. Visuals will be provided
6. Create corresponding Terms & Conditions in EN / CZ / RU and link them correctly to the campaign. (T&Cs in all 3 languages will be provided)
7. Ensure the translated website remains visually consistent and responsive across desktop and mobile.
8. Test the complete multilingual website before delivery.

Expected result: a complete, live and functioning EN/CZ/RU website that I can maintain and edit myself after handover.
