RSoft Waveguide Propagation Fix

I have an ultrafast-laser–written waveguide already modelled in RSoft (the .dat structure file is ready), yet every attempt to launch light through it in BeamPROP ends with complete loss of signal. I need an RSoft specialist who can open my file, set up the correct input field and boundary conditions, run the propagation and show where the power is disappearing.

• Optimise any parameters necessary in geometry or materials to remove the loss of signal (mode mismatch or other distortion could be contributing).
