That means creating and maintaining a living risk register, flagging emerging issues early, coordinating mitigation actions with the right people, and producing concise status updates that give leadership instant clarity on health, blockers, and next steps. I’ve handled task scheduling and resource allocation already; what I need now is your expertise in surfacing threats, structuring contingency plans, and keeping communication crisp.

I’m tool-agnostic—use the software you know best, whether that’s Trello, Microsoft Project, or a spreadsheet stack—as long as the information flows and everyone can access the latest picture at any time.

Deliverables
