GTA5M RP Server Setup

I have a fresh Windows host waiting for a fully-functioning GTA5M server that can stand next to Grizzley World or Crash City RP. The core of the project is a roleplay / freeroam environment powered by custom scripts—specifically a straightforward job system with basic tasks (think taxi, courier, trash-collect, etc.).

Here is what I need from you:

• Install and configure the latest stable GTA5M/FiveM build on Windows
• Build or adapt the simple job system and make sure it plugs cleanly into the standard roleplay framework (Lua or C#—your call as long as it’s easy for me to tweak)
• Set up database persistence (MySQL or SQLite) for jobs, player data, and inventories
• Optimise resources, ensure smooth sync, and leave clear comments so I can expand later
• Provide a brief written guide (or short video) covering server start-up, adding new jobs, and routine maintenance

Voice chat and full economy can stay on the roadmap, but right now reliability and a clean job loop are the priorities. If you have existing assets that speed things up, feel free to use them—just make sure I can legally run them on a public server.
