Retype Reports into Clean PDFs

I have a batch of printed letters and multi-page reports that need to be re-typed from scratch and saved as polished, easy-to-read PDFs. Faithfully capture every word, heading, and paragraph break, but feel free to use consistent fonts, margins, and spacing so the final files look professionally formatted rather than scanned.

For each original document I will send you a clear scan. Your job is to:

• Type the text accurately in Word, Google Docs, or similar.
• Apply straightforward formatting (standard font, logical headings, numbered or bulleted lists where the source shows them).
• Export the finished file to PDF and check that it opens cleanly on any device.

No need to reproduce the exact page layout or design flourishes; legibility and correctness are the priorities.

When you respond, include a brief but detailed proposal outlining:
• Your approach to maintaining accuracy and catching typos.
• Turnaround time per 10 pages.
• Any tools or quality-control steps you rely on (spell-check, Grammarly, side-by-side review, etc.).

I will supply a small test page before awarding the full set, and I’m happy to release milestones in sensible batches once each group of PDFs passes a quick verification read-through.
