Restore Synology Data to PowerEdge

I have a fully-populated Synology NAS and a brand-new Dell PowerEdge running Windows Server. All I need is a clean, reliable restoration of the NAS documents and files onto the server so that everything appears exactly as it does now—same folder tree, same file names, same timestamps wherever possible. No media libraries or databases are involved, just the core work documents and shared files my team relies on every day.

You are free to choose the method—Hyper Backup, rsync, Robocopy with UNC paths, or another proven solution—as long as it is transparent and auditable. Please account for NTFS permissions and be mindful of user access, but there is no requirement to compress or encrypt during transfer; preserving the original folder structure is the single critical constraint.

Deliverable:
• Complete transfer of all documents and files from the Synology NAS to the Dell PowerEdge with identical directory hierarchy and verified file integrity.

Acceptance will be based on a side-by-side comparison confirming that every file and folder is present and accessible on the Windows Server.
