Restore Shopify Checkout Functionality

I manage a Shopify store here in the Philippines and need a fellow Filipino/English speaker who can dive in right away. My SEO team recently tinkered with the site and, since then, customers reach the cart but never finish checkout. Orders have been zero for a month and I’m not sure whether a theme edit, app conflict, payment-gateway misstep, or something else is blocking the sale.

Your first mission is to run a complete end-to-end test purchase—from product page to order-confirmation email—on both desktop and mobile. Pinpoint exactly where the flow breaks, then fix it so a live transaction goes through.

I will share collaborator access and the store URL as soon as we agree. Please document every change you make to Liquid files, theme settings, payment or shipping configuration so I can track what was done. Once checkout is fully functional, we can briefly review any SEO or Google Ads settings that might have been affected.

Preference: A team fluent in both Filipino and English for effective communication.

Acceptance criteria:
• A real test order (and refund) processes successfully on desktop and mobile.
• Detailed summary of the root cause and the precise edits applied.
