Domain-to-IP Dashboard Build

I want a clean, production-ready dashboard where I can bind any domain to a specific IP address in seconds. The core of the project is a private “DomainLink” web app with three permission tiers—admin, agent, and staff—each able to add, edit, or delete mappings while retaining the right level of visibility and control.

Core functions
• CRUD for domain-to-IP records stored in a persistent database, with fast search and smart filters.
• Live DNS publishing through cPanel/WHM’s API; the entry must verify automatically with an external lookup so I know propagation really happened.
• Stripe integration for payments (for example, agents topping up credits).
• Built-in DNS health checks, an activity log that tracks every change, and one-click CSV/Excel export.
• Responsive layout; I already have a working sample so you can reuse its look—no UI design work is necessary.

Acceptance
1. A fresh install script (or Docker setup) that brings up the app, database, and Stripe keys.
2. Proof that a domain pushed through the dashboard appears instantly inside cPanel/WHM and resolves publicly.
3. Role-based access confirmed for admin, agent, and staff.
4. Clean, commented code plus brief README.
