Responsive Sports Court Website Redesign

I’m looking to refresh floridacourtsinc.com without reinventing the wheel. The existing page hierarchy works for us, so the job is primarily a visual and technical overhaul that feels traditional and professional, showcases high-quality images, and works flawlessly on phones and tablets.

We have new logos in hand ready to be used.

Scope
• Up to 12 pages. I will supply final copy for each page, though I welcome your guidance on weaving Tampa-Bay-centric search terms into headings, meta tags, and alt text.
• Fully responsive layout that keeps the current navigation flow intact.
• A revamped gallery broken into clear categories for each sport court type. Users should be able to filter by category, flip through a slideshow, and watch embedded clips. I plan to host the videos on a new YouTube channel, so the gallery must pull those in cleanly.
• Smooth CMS editing so my team can add future photos or videos without touching code.
• On-page SEO best practices and performance optimization (image compression, lazy loading, etc.).

Deliverables
1. Design mock-ups (desktop & mobile) reflecting a classic, professional style.
2. Fully developed, responsive website migrated to our live domain.
3. Gallery module with category filters, slideshow view, and YouTube video integration.
4. Basic how-to guide or short walk-through video that shows us how to add new projects and clips.
5. Ideal to have a SMS so we can update pictures in the gallery easily.
6. Launch support to ensure all links, forms, and analytics tracking fire correctly.
