SMS Consent Checkbox Integration

SMS Consent Update
Purpose
We are completing Twilio A2P 10DLC registration and need the website quote form to provide a compliant, verifiable SMS marketing opt-in.
Location
Add the SMS consent checkbox to the “Get Your Free Moving Quote Today” form, associated with the customer's phone-number submission.
Checkbox Requirements
Must be a separate SMS consent checkbox.
Must be unchecked by default.
Must be optional; customers must still be able to submit the quote form without checking it.
It cannot be bundled with acceptance of the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy.
