Resolve OpenCCC Access Problem

Hello,

I need help resolving a persistent access problem with the California Community Colleges OpenCCC application system.

I am an international student in Morocco trying to apply to Citrus College. OpenCCC repeatedly gives me a proxy-error message and prevents me from accessing the application.

I have already tried different phones and computers, fixed home Wi-Fi, mobile data, mobile hotspots, incognito/private browsing, clearing cache and history, no browser extensions, and no VPN. The problem continued.

I contacted OpenCCC and provided my ID and IP information. They told me they cannot whitelist individual IP addresses and could not provide me with another solution. They directed me to Citrus College.

I contacted Citrus College, and they confirmed that applying through OpenCCC is mandatory and that there is no alternative application method.

I then contacted OpenCCC again. They told me that if I knew someone in the United States, I could provide my information to that person and have them apply on my behalf. Unfortunately, I do not know anyone in the U.S.

After exhausting these options, I consulted an AI assistant. It suggested trying U.S. residential and static residential IPs, but these also did not solve the problem. After that failed, it suggested hiring a technical professional who could resolve the issue.

I am therefore not looking merely for a diagnosis. I am looking for someone who can help me find and implement a legitimate solution so that I can complete my application.

I will provide the emails from OpenCCC and Citrus College documenting the situation. I am also willing to provide any evidence or technical information you need.

I am not asking anyone to deceive OpenCCC or bypass its security. I simply need a legitimate solution to an access problem that I have been unable to resolve through OpenCCC or Citrus College.

Please let me know whether you can take this case and work toward an actual solution, and what information you need from me to begin.

Thank you.
