I’m ready to move an industrial-grade project from concept to a fully routed, production-ready multi-layer PCB. The board will sit inside rugged equipment, so clean signal integrity, controlled impedance where needed, and rock-solid power distribution are critical.
Here’s what I will hand over:
• Finished schematic (updated from my draft, or created from your netlist).
• Optimized multi-layer stack-up with clear documentation of dielectric thicknesses and copper weights.
• Complete routing in Altium Designer or KiCad—your choice—adhering to IPC standards.
• DRC-clean Gerber, drill, pick-and-place, and IPC-356 netlist files.
• An accurate BOM with manufacturer part numbers and alternates.
• Assembly drawings and 3D STEP model for enclosure fit checks.
I’ll review manufacturability with you, incorporate one round of feedback at no extra charge, and verify that all outputs load flawlessly in your fab’s viewer before we close the job. If you prefer another CAD tool, let me know—I can adapt as long as it exports standard Gerbers.
Let’s get this board ready for the production line.
