Residential Landscape Design Plan

We are finalising plans to build aside by side duplex in Sydney Australia and need a landscape architect who can shape a cohesive, functional, and visually appealing design for a residential setting. My objective is to receive a complete concept—hard-copy or digital—that I can hand straight to installers.

Scope of work
• Site analysis based on photos, measurements, and any topo information I provide
• Concept sketches showing overall layout, circulation, and zones
• Scaled plan (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or comparable) with planting palette, hard-scape notes, and lighting suggestions
• 2–3 rendered perspectives to help me visualize materials, colors, and seasonal interest

I’m open to creative ideas; if you think a patio, water element, or structured planting beds will elevate the space, feel free to propose them and explain why. Local climate, low-maintenance choices, and realistic budgeting should guide your selections.

Deliverables will be considered complete once the final plan set is delivered in PDF and editable CAD formats and any agreed revisions are incorporated.
