Residential Electrical BOQ Verification

I have a set of residential drawings ready and need a fresh pair of expert eyes to confirm every quantity and turn the results into a clear, contractor-ready Bill of Quantities. The job covers all lighting circuits, fixtures and controls plus the complete security system—cameras, sensors, panels, cabling and accessories.

You’ll receive the CAD and PDF plans along with my initial take-off. Your role is to re-measure, catch anything I may have missed, highlight discrepancies, and present a clean, itemised BOQ that can be priced without further questions. AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel (or another spreadsheet you prefer) are the everyday tools here; feel free to introduce additional software if it speeds you up or improves accuracy.

Deliverables
• Annotated take-off showing corrections or additions
• Final BOQ spreadsheet with unit, rate, and total columns
• Brief summary of assumptions and issues found

Acceptance criteria: quantities must reconcile with the drawings, any changes clearly marked, and totals internally consistent—spot checks will be performed on random circuits.
