Residential Circuit Design & Estimation

I need a seasoned electrical engineer to produce a complete circuit design for a new residential building. Your work should start from a clean slate and end with a set of construction-ready drawings and take-offs that a local contractor can price and install without guesswork.

What I expect:
• A coordinated single-line diagram, branch circuit layouts, panel schedules, breaker sizing, conduit and cable sizing, and a concise bill of materials.
• All calculations and notes must follow the local residential code in my area (I’ll share the jurisdiction when we start).
• Drawings delivered in CAD (DWG) plus PDF, with a short design report explaining your assumptions.

I’m open to the tools you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, Dialux, or similar—as long as the final files are editable. If you spot load or voltage-drop issues along the way, flag them with recommendations; the core of the job remains the circuit design itself.
