Minimalist Manga Reader Website Build

I want to launch a straightforward online reader where we can upload our comics / mangas, show them chapter-by-chapter and earn through advertising. The look should stay clean and minimalista, loading quickly on both desktop and mobile.

Core flow I need
– Admin area where I can create a series, drag-drop pages into each chapter and publish or unpublish whenever I wish.
– Front-end that lists every series, lets visitors open a chapter, turn pages smoothly and leave a public comment per chapter.
– A search bar so readers can find a chapter, title or author fast.
– Basic notification system (browser or email) that alerts followers when a new chapter goes live.
– Space ready for AdSense or similar banners; placements must not interrupt the reading experience.

Technical expectations
• Built with a framework or CMS you feel is fastest to deploy (WordPress + reader plugin, Laravel, MERN—open to your advice).
• Fully responsive, minimal load times, no unnecessary animation.
• Spanish as the default language; text strings must be editable so I can tweak wording later.
• SEO-friendly URLs and metadata.

Launch support
Please include in your proposal the cost and process for:
1. Purchasing an available .com or .net domain.
2. Setting up reliable shared hosting that can scale as traffic grows.
3. Migrating the finished site to that server and pointing the domain.

Deliverables
1. Complete working website on my hosting.
2. Written guide (PDF or Notion page) covering: how to add a new series/chapter, manage ads, moderate comments, back up the site and extend the notification list.
3. One short call or screen share after hand-over to walk me through the basics.
