Rental Boyfriend Website Development

I need a clean, responsive website that lets visitors browse and book an “online rental boyfriend” service entirely through the browser. The full experience must live on the web; no iOS build is planned at this stage, and if we later expand to a mobile app it will be Android-only, so please keep that in mind while structuring the codebase.

The site should load quickly, scale for both desktop and mobile screens, and be easy for me to maintain once handed over. I’m open to using a modern framework or a solid CMS—as long as the final product is secure, SEO-friendly, and allows for straightforward future feature additions. Source code, deployment documentation, and any design files will be part of the final hand-off.
