Find Device Suppliers & Warehouses

I’m expanding Remoasset’s device-lifecycle operation into Europe and Ukraine and need solid, on-the-ground partners who can cover the entire chain for our distributed-team customers. Your mission is to locate and pre-qualify companies that can both supply laptops and run warehouse operations under one roof or in close collaboration.

For the device supplier side, only vendors that demonstrate high product quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery schedules will make the cut. On the warehouse side, I must see proven capability in box-and-ship, rigorous quality-control checks on inbound and outbound machines, and seamless redeployment services.

Here’s how success looks:
• You identify and vet at least three promising vendors that satisfy every requirement above.
• You capture key facts—contact details, service scope, pricing tiers, SLAs, and any relevant certifications—in a concise comparison brief.
• You secure calendar slots for introductory calls between each shortlisted vendor and my team, confirming attendance on both sides.

Use whatever research methods and outreach tools you prefer—online directories, trade associations, cold calls, LinkedIn, boots-on-the-ground visits—so long as your findings are reliable and the vendors are genuinely interested. Timeliness matters; I’d like the brief and confirmed meetings ready within one week of kickoff.
