We are looking for an ambitious, resourceful, and highly organized all-in-one Director/Cameraman based in Nigeria (preferably Lagos or Abuja) to execute our upcoming launch batch shoot.As our on-the-ground producer, you will receive our fully completed 10-to-15 minute scripts (written in clean, standard English) and manage the physical production from start to finish.Your Responsibilities:Casting Support: Source 2–3 affordable, highly expressive local indie or student actors who excel at delivering high-stakes emotional performances (betrayal, loyalty, arrogance).Location Scouting: Secure everyday, free or low-cost locations (e.g., a quiet public park, a residential living room, or a stationary vehicle).Shooting & Audio: Direct the actors on set and film 3 to 4 short scripts over a single intensive weekend day.Dialogue Direction: Ensure actors deliver lines in clear, neutral English suitable for an international audience (avoiding heavy Pidgin so global viewers can follow along easily).Delivery: Clean and organize the raw footage, and upload all 4K video files along with high-quality wireless audio recordings to our shared Google Drive folder.Requirements:Access to a modern mirrorless camera or high-end smartphone capable of shooting clean 4K video at 30fps.Ownership of a wireless lapel microphone system (e.g., DJI Mic, Rode Wireless, or high-quality equivalent).
