Looking for a Remote Setter & Closer | 66% Commission

We're looking for a freelance setter and closer to handle the full sales process for our advertising service. You'll sell Google Ads to contractors and high-paying local service businesses across Canada, such as roofing, HVAC, renovation and plumbing companies.

Sales process

Build your own call list of owner-operated businesses across Canada, focusing on ones not running Google Ads yet.
Cold call business owners and book demos.
Follow up with interested owners and set appointments.
Close the sale.
Once a client says yes, they fill out our onboarding form and we handle the rest.

Pay

You earn a 66% commission of the first month on every client you close.
Pay goes out every two weeks, in CAD.
The commission is paid once per client, with no residuals.
Commission-only, with no base pay.
You work as an independent contractor and choose your own hours.

What we expect

Professionalism. Be polite, prepared and respectful on every call.
Honest selling. Don't promise results, and don't change our fee. If you're unsure of an answer, say you'll check and get back to them.
Tracking. Log your meetings and closed clients in our Google Sheet.
Communication. Keep us updated, and tell us right away about any questions or issues.
Weekly check-in with our campaign manager.

Requirements

Cold calling or outbound sales experience.
Comfortable prospecting on your own.
A clear, confident phone presence.
