I’m building a large-scale prospecting database and need 500,000 verified Vice Presidents of Marketing from technology companies located in the United States and Canada. Accuracy and freshness are critical because the list will feed directly into an automated outreach engine.

Scope
• Geography: United States & Canada (no other regions).
• Seniority: Vice President only—no C-suite, no Directors.
• Function: Marketing (CMO staff, demand gen, growth, brand, product marketing, etc.).
• Industry: Technology—software, hardware, SaaS, IT services, emerging tech.
• Data hygiene: hard-bounce rate under 5 %, no role-based emails, GDPR/CASL compliant.

Required data fields
1. Full name
2. Job title (must include “Vice President” or “VP”)
3. Company name
4. Corporate email (no Gmail/Yahoo)
5. Direct phone or mobile (when available)
6. Company HQ city, state/province, country
7. LinkedIn profile URL
8. Employee count & technology vertical (nice to have)

Deliverable
• One CSV or XLSX file containing 500,000 unique rows that meet the above filters.
• A quick sample of 1,000 records so I can run a bounce test before the full hand-off.

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 95 % email validity verified through ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, or similar.
• Random spot-check of 100 records must show at least 90 % match with LinkedIn.
• Duplicate rate under 1 % across the entire file.

Timeline
Share the 1,000-record sample within 3 days of award; full database within 30 days of sample approval.
