Remote Retail Mystery Shopping only in the USA

I need a dependable mystery shopper who can work entirely from home to evaluate a selection of retail stores. Your mission is to recreate the full customer journey online or by phone—without physically entering the premises—and then report back on two key areas:

• Customer service: How friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive is the staff during online chats or calls?
• Product availability & display: Is the information about stock levels, sizes, colours, and promotional placement presented clearly on the website or over the phone?

You will receive a brief for each assignment detailing the brand, scenario, and any compliance notes. After completing the interaction, deliver a concise report (Word or Google Docs is fine) that includes time-stamped notes, any chat or email transcripts, and screenshots where relevant.

Accuracy, objectivity, and swift turnaround are essential; I aim to review your first report within 48 hours of assignment so we can fine-tune the format together before you move on to additional stores.
