**Hiring Freelance Telecallers / Recruitment Calling Agents – Work From Home**

We are looking for freelance telecallers or recruitment agents to support our delivery rider hiring project for a client in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

**Job Responsibilities**
- Make calls to candidates using our provided Excel database.
- Explain the delivery rider job opportunity, salary, incentives, and joining process.
- Identify interested and eligible candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Update call status, candidate interest, and follow-up details in Excel.

**Requirements**
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Smartphone or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
- Previous telecalling, customer support, or recruitment experience preferred.
