About the Role

We are an established modelling agency seeking an experienced, proactive and well-connected Model Booker to join our team on a fully remote basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of proven experience within a modelling agency, with a strong understanding of model management, client relationships, castings and booking coordination.

We are looking for someone who understands the modelling industry, can work independently, and has the confidence and commercial ability to manage bookings while building strong relationships with models, clients and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage model bookings, castings, options and availability.
Liaise with clients, models, agencies and industry contacts to secure bookings.
Source suitable models for client briefs and project requirements.
Negotiate booking fees, rates, usage rights and contract terms.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients and models.
Proactively identify new booking opportunities and develop client relationships.
Coordinate bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation and completion.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications and model availability.
Help grow the agency's roster, client base and overall booking revenue.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Model Booker, Model Agent or in a senior role within a modelling agency.
Strong knowledge of the modelling and talent industry.
An established network of models, clients, photographers, casting directors and industry contacts.
Proven experience securing bookings and negotiating commercial rates.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines remotely.
A professional, commercially minded and proactive approach.
Experience working with international clients and markets will be highly regarded.

Working Arrangement

This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing the successful candidate to work from India or another suitable location, subject to the agency's requirements.
