About the Role
As a Project Manager Senior, you lead large-scale, highly complex enterprise implementations, operating at a program level rather than a single project. You define delivery approaches, manage complex governance structures, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You drive alignment across business, technical, and operational teams while resolving critical escalations and influencing organizational change at scale.

Lead large-scale, highly complex enterprise implementations at a program level rather than a single project.
Define delivery approaches and manage complex governance structures across workstreams.
Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, resolving critical escalations as they arise.
Drive alignment across business, technical, and operational teams throughout the program.
Influence organizational change at scale, beyond the mechanics of a single delivery.
Role Profile
Required
Education / Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years of project management experience in ERP, software implementation, or technology consulting environments.
Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Preferred
Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation or PMP certification is required. CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, SAFe, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications are considered strong assets.
