Remote Database Data Entry

I have a growing pool of records that need to be transferred, cleaned, and kept current in my online database. All files will be provided digitally—scanned forms, CSV exports, and occasional email extracts—so you can work entirely from home.

Your job is straightforward: log in to the web-based system, verify each data point against the source file, correct formatting issues, and save the updated entry. Accuracy and consistency are critical because these records feed directly into our reporting dashboards.

I’ll start you on a short test batch so we can align on field conventions and turnaround speed. Once that’s approved, the remaining files will be released in daily bundles. You’ll have chat access to me during business hours for any clarifications.

Basic familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and cloud databases or CRMs will help you move quickly, but no advanced scripting is required. All you need is a reliable internet connection, confidentiality, and a knack for catching small errors before they become big ones.

Deliverables (per batch)
• All assigned records entered or updated in the database
• Source-to-record accuracy of 99% or better
• Brief completion note summarising any anomalies or questions
