Requirements:

Diploma/Degree holder with at least 4 years' experience in a staffing/search agency environment

Comfortable with doing business development/sales

Attained CEI certification as required by MOM

Self-motivated, disciplined and love to interact with people of all levels

Tech-savvy and not afraid of using latest technologies to headhunt candidates
