Clean & Format Text Data

I’ve pulled together a collection of PDFs and Word documents that all contain the same kind of text-based information, but the layout and spelling are anything but consistent. I need that content moved into a single, well-structured Excel sheet and polished so every entry follows the same rules.

Here’s what the work looks like:
• Manually extract the text from each digital file and place it into the appropriate Excel columns.
• Standardise capitalisation, spacing, punctuation and basic spelling so every row reads uniformly.
• Flag anything that looks incomplete or unclear so I can make a quick decision before you proceed.
• Deliver the finished .xlsx file plus a brief change log highlighting any corrections or assumptions you had to make.

I’m comfortable working in real-time with you over shared cloud storage if that speeds things up, otherwise a single hand-over is fine. Accuracy matters more than sheer speed, but I’d like to wrap this up promptly, so let me know how long you’ll need once you’ve seen a sample.
