Recruit Product Sourcing Freelancers

I need a seasoned recruiter who can dig beyond the obvious searches and present me with a short-list of proven product-sourcing freelancers. We will prioritize talent based in countries neighboring China, though strong China-based or Pakistan-based candidates are welcome if they match the brief.

Scope of work
• Identify 20–30 freelancers who focus on product sourcing within China.
• Review each profile for experience, portfolio quality, client feedback, current availability, and stated hourly rate.
• Reach out to every shortlisted freelancer, verify the details above, and confirm that their rate does not exceed my target of $X per hour.
• Evaluate the replies and narrow the list to the 3–5 most reliable options.

Final deliverable
Provide a report that includes for each finalist:
– Direct profile link
– Confirmed hourly rate
– Contact channel used and verified contact details
– A concise evaluation summarizing strengths, potential red flags, and overall fit for ongoing sourcing projects.
