Recruit LA County Church Leaders -- 2

I’m conducting a qualitative study on how congregations in Los Angeles County actually run day to day, and I need someone to line up the voices that matter most. Your assignment is to identify, screen, and schedule interviews with three specific profiles: senior pastors, youth pastors, and church administrators. All participants must currently serve in churches located within Los Angeles County.

What I will hand over to you: a short screener survey, a briefing sheet that explains the study’s purpose—understanding church operations—and my availability calendar (Google Calendar + Calendly link).

What I expect from you:
• A minimum of 12 confirmed interview slots (balanced mix of the three roles).
• Warm introductions by email or phone, not cold calendar invites.
• Participant details captured in a shared spreadsheet: name, role, church, city, preferred contact, confirmed date/time, and any notes from the screener.
• Calendar holds created for each call (Zoom or phone—whichever the leader prefers).

Success is when every slot is filled with the right profile and each leader arrives prepared, having received the briefing. Once scheduling is complete, I’ll take over the actual interviews.
