Spreadsheet Tweaks & Email VBA

I already have a working Excel file, but a few final touches will make it truly reliable. I need three things done on the current workbook:

• Tidy-up of the visual layout so the sheets look consistent and print cleanly.
• Updates to several formulas that are returning partial or inconsistent results.
• A handful of new data fields inserted so future reporting is easier.

The workbook is set up to highlight cells whenever predefined conditions occur. When that highlight appears, I want a VBA routine to run automatically and send an email to my managers only—no one else. The trigger logic is therefore already in place; the coding work is to listen for the highlight, collect the relevant row details, and push an email (Outlook is fine) without user intervention.

Deliverables
• Re-worked Excel file with all formatting, formula fixes, and new fields live.
• Fully commented VBA module that monitors the highlight event and emails managers.
• A short README or video demo so I can maintain or extend the code later.

Everything has to run in desktop Excel (no external add-ins). My expectation is to test the file with a dummy highlight, watch the message arrive in the managers’ inbox, and sign off once that flow is repeatable and stable.
