Recreate Visual-Fidelity Web Application Dashboard

I need a frontend developer to recreate an authorized reference web application for an academic project.

The backend is not important. The priority is **extremely high visual and behavioral fidelity**.

The app is a dashboard-style advertising platform with:

* account/business views
* dashboards
* campaign/ad set/ad tables
* filters, dropdowns, tabs, modals, side panels, toggles
* metrics and mock data

The recreated version must PERFECTLY match the reference in:

* layout, spacing, typography, colors, borders, icons
* table structure and dimensions
* hover/selected/focus states
* click behavior
* dropdown/modal behavior
* loading states, spinners, skeletons
* small transitions/animations and timing

Mock data is fine, but displayed numbers must be realistic and mathematically consistent.

You will receive authorized access to the live reference application and should inspect it carefully, build the replica, compare both, and keep iterating until the differences are minimal.

You may use any development or AI tools you prefer.
