Recreate Scanned Text in Word

I have a single scanned text document—everything is typed, no handwriting—and I need it recreated in Microsoft Word so that the file looks exactly like the original. Every line break, paragraph indentation, heading style, and any other visible detail should match the scan precisely while still leaving the content fully editable.

Accuracy matters more than speed: spelling, punctuation, and layout must be identical to what you see in the image. Once finished, simply return the clean .docx file ready for my review.
