# Project Title: Reverse Engineer & Rebuild Existing ERP Web Application in PHP/MySQL – Complete Source Code Required
## Project Description
We are looking for a highly experienced **PHP/MySQL Full-Stack Developer or Development Team** to analyze, reverse engineer, and rebuild an existing web-based ERP application with the same features, functionality, workflows, business logic, and user interface.
We will provide:
- Existing ERP web application URL.
- Administrator login credentials for authorized access.
- Access to all available modules, menus, settings, and functionalities.
- Clarifications regarding business processes and expected behavior.
**Our objective is to develop a fully functional, independent PHP/MySQL ERP application that replicates the reference application's observable features and behavior, with complete source code ownership.**
## Scope of Work
### 1. Complete Existing Application Analysis
- Examine every module, menu, submenu, page, form, table, and dashboard.
- Analyze all buttons, fields, dropdowns, filters, search options, and actions.
- Understand workflows, validations, dependencies, conditions, and business rules.
- Review user roles, permissions, approval hierarchies, and access restrictions.
- Map module relationships, database entities, and data flows.
- Prepare comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
### 2. ERP Application Reconstruction
- Rebuild the application using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Reproduce the reference application's UI/UX and responsive layouts as closely as practical.
- Implement equivalent modules, functions, reports, and dashboards.
- Recreate all supported CRUD operations, business processes, calculations, and validations.
- Implement user management, role-based permissions, and authentication.
- Develop printable documents, PDF/Excel exports, filters, and reporting.
- Recreate relevant API integrations where technically possible and authorized.
### 3. Backend & Database Development
- Design and implement a complete MySQL database.
- Develop all required backend controllers, models, APIs, and business logic.
- Implement relational data structures and transaction handling.
- Ensure database integrity, security, and performance.
- Provide database migration scripts and initial configuration.
### 4. Functional Testing & Quality Assurance
- Test every module, page, form, button, workflow, and permission.
- Compare the rebuilt application against the reference system.
- Verify all calculations, conditions, and process dependencies.
- Test multiple users, concurrent transactions, and error handling.
- Fix identified bugs before final delivery.
### 5. Final Deliverables
**The freelancer must provide:**
1. Complete editable PHP application source code (not encrypted or obfuscated).
2. Full MySQL database structure, SQL scripts, and configuration.
3. Complete frontend and backend implementation.
4. All project dependencies and required installation files.
5. Application deployment package (ZIP).
6. Installation and configuration documentation.
7. Database ER diagram and technical documentation.
8. User roles and permissions documentation.
9. Functional testing report and module-wise checklist.
10. Successfully deployed and tested application on our Hostinger hosting environment.
## Mandatory Requirements
- The application must run independently without requiring the original ERP website.
- No hidden licensing restrictions, backdoors, or unauthorized remote dependencies.
- All developed source code and project deliverables must be transferred to us upon final payment.
- The rebuilt ERP must be editable, expandable, and maintainable.
- Developers must use legally authorized methods of inspection and independently implement the application. We are not requesting unauthorized access to private server-side source code, databases, or protected third-party assets.
- A confidentiality agreement (NDA) may be required.
## Preferred Developer Experience
- 5+ years of PHP/MySQL development experience.
- Experience developing ERP, inventory, manufacturing, or accounting applications.
- Strong skills in Laravel or Core PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, and MySQL.
- Experience analyzing existing software and reconstructing complex workflows.
- Familiarity with role-based access control, reporting systems, and ERP database architecture.
- Experience with Hostinger deployment.
## Important Instructions Before Bidding
Please include the following information in your proposal:
1. Have you previously rebuilt an existing ERP or complex web application?
2. Can you inspect an existing ERP through its web interface and document its complete functional behavior?
3. Can you deliver 100% editable source code and database scripts?
4. What technologies and architecture would you recommend?
5. What is your estimated development timeline and fixed project cost?
6. Can you demonstrate a working module before we approve further milestones?
7. Will you provide post-delivery bug fixing and technical support?
**Selection Process:** Shortlisted freelancers will receive access to a controlled demonstration environment and will be required to analyze the application, provide a module-wise scope and submit a milestone-based development proposal.
**Payment:** Milestone-based payments after successful demonstration, testing, and approval of deliverables.
We are looking for a serious, technically competent developer or team capable of delivering a complete production-ready ERP application, not just a frontend design or incomplete software prototype.
