I’m ready to lodge my building-approval application for a new house and need a complete, professionally drafted drawing set. You’ll be working from my concept sketches and measurements, translating them into council-compliant documents that can go straight into the submission pack.

What I need from you
The final package must satisfy local regulations for residential permits, so accuracy, correct scales, and clear annotation are essential. I’ll supply the site survey, design intent, and any zoning notes once we connect; you’ll turn that information into a cohesive drawing set produced in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar professional software.

• Sections and roof plan
• Door / window schedules and basic finishes legend
• Title block with my project details, north point, and scale bar
