Realistic Portrait Face Swap

I have up to five high-resolution portrait shots that need a perfectly realistic face swap. These images are strictly for personal use, so authenticity matters more than flashy effects. Every final file must blend the new face convincingly—matching existing lighting, shadows, skin texture, and proportions so nothing looks edited at all.

You’ll work from the original JPEGs (and RAWs where available). Please return layered PSDs alongside flattened, print-ready JPGs once the swap is complete. I’ll sign off only when:

• Skin tone and grain match seamlessly across the entire image
• Lighting direction, contrast, and shadows stay consistent with the original portrait
• Facial features remain correctly proportioned and aligned—no warping or halo edges at 100 % zoom

If you’re comfortable with high-end retouching tools such as Photoshop, Liquify, Dodge & Burn, and frequency separation, this should be straightforward. Let me know your turnaround time and one or two samples of similar swaps you’ve done so I can gauge your style.
