Real Estate CRM with WhatsApp

I need a cloud-hosted, multi-tenant real-estate CRM that lets multiple brokerage firms work from the same code-base while keeping their data strictly separated. The core purpose is better lead management, so every screen should make it simple for brokers to capture enquiries, track lead status, schedule property visits, and continue the conversation via WhatsApp on the web.

Key workflow
• Brokers self-register (or are invited), create offices and user logins, then start adding properties, photos, and availability data.
• Leads arrive from web forms or manual entry, are auto-assigned, and move through a configurable pipeline; status updates must be visible at a glance.
• A built-in calendar lets brokers set up visit slots; prospects confirm through the same interface.
• WhatsApp integration uses the official Meta Cloud APIs so messages, templates, and automated follow-ups stay inside compliance limits.
• A separate admin portal, served from its own sub-domain, allows me to add, edit, or delete broker accounts, reset passwords, and adjust global settings without touching tenant data.

Technical expectations
• Secure authentication, JWT sessions, and salted password hashing.
• Clear tenant boundary on every query (row-level security or schema isolation).
• Clean, documented API layer ready for future mobile apps.
• Containerised deployment (Docker / Kubernetes welcome) and CI/CD scripts checked into the repo.
• Codebase in TypeScript or modern Python/Go; open to suggestions if it speeds delivery and fits Meta requirements.

Deliverables
1. Broker CRM web app (UI + backend)
2. Admin portal on its own URL
3. WhatsApp Cloud API integration with sample automation flows
4. Create a two different env qa and prod and all the testing done on qa and post successful validation changes should get deployed to Prod. all those configurations should be done.
5. Source code in a private Git repo, build scripts, and minimal README for local setup
6. Short loom/video walkthrough showing tenant isolation and a full lead-to-WhatsApp demo

After hand-off I’ll run a penetration test and a data-separation check; acceptance is complete once both pass and the WhatsApp number is approved by Meta.
