Lead Generation Specialist for Luxury Weekend Farm Villa Project (Performance‑Based Incentives)

**Description:**
We are a **luxury real estate startup in Bangalore** launching a **weekend farm villa project**. We are seeking an experienced lead generation specialist who can independently manage marketing campaigns and deliver qualified leads.

The **builder’s role is limited to attending guests at the site** once leads are generated. All marketing, outreach, and conversion efforts up to that point will be handled by the freelancer/agency.

We offer **incentives starting from ₹5 lakhs to ₹10 lakhs per converted lead**, based on the number of successful conversions.

**Scope of Work:**
- Independently run **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)** and other digital campaigns.
- Utilize **online and offline channels** to generate qualified luxury property leads.
- Set up **WhatsApp automation** for instant project detail sharing.
- Provide verified lead lists with contact information.
- Deliver regular progress updates and transparent reporting.

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proven track record in **real estate lead generation**, especially luxury/high‑ticket projects.
- Ability to achieve **CPL under ₹20–30** in Bangalore or similar markets.
- Strong understanding of the **luxury residential buyer segment**.
- Proficiency with **CRM tools** (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared).
- Experience with **Claude AI or similar AI tools** for ad copy and creatives is a plus.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
