React CRM for Team Collaboration

I need a React-savvy developer to build a lightweight CRM focused on project, task, and teamwork management. The primary users will be day-to-day team members, so the interface has to be intuitive and fast, letting them jump straight into their work without a learning curve.

The core flow I’m after is simple: team members see what’s on their plate, update task status in real time, drop in files, and keep a conversation running right on each task card. Think Trello-style ease but within a custom, branded environment that can grow with additional modules later.

Here’s what will count as a first successful release:
• Dashboard showing active projects, tasks, and quick stats
• Task detail view where users can change status, attach files, and leave threaded comments
• Responsive design built in modern React (hooks, functional components, Context or Redux as you prefer)
• Clean authentication and role handling so only authorized users touch the data
• Well-structured code in a Git repo plus a brief setup README
