I have a stack of handwritten notes that need to be transcribed quickly and accurately into a clean Excel workbook. All of the content is purely textual—no calculations or numeric fields—so the focus is on faithful typing, correct spelling, and consistent capitalization.

I will supply a simple set of column headings to structure the sheet, and I need every entry placed under its appropriate header. Beyond those headings, there are no templates or macros to worry about; just a straightforward transfer of text from page to spreadsheet.
