I need a QuickBooks specialist who can reliably access and work with my QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise data. The priority right now is simply getting into the file, ensuring the data is fully visible and usable on my end, and confirming that the connection is stable on the desktop installation I already have running.
You should be comfortable with QuickBooks Enterprise, know the ins-and-outs of its desktop environment, and be able to walk me through—or remotely perform—the steps needed to open, review, and verify the company file without disrupting existing records. If any settings, user permissions, or file-path tweaks are required, I’ll count on you to handle them safely and explain what was changed.
Once we can consistently reach the data, we can discuss next steps such as bookkeeping clean-up, basic financial reporting, or any exports I might need, but the immediate deliverable is straightforward: a working, repeatable desktop access to my QuickBooks Enterprise data file and clear confirmation that everything inside it remains intact.
