Quick Commerce Grocery App Development

I’m launching a rapid-delivery grocery service and need a full-cycle partner who can design, build, and look after a robust mobile app for both iOS and Android. The core idea is simple: users choose everyday groceries, pay in-app, and see their rider moving toward them in real time. I’d like the experience to feel as smooth as the big names in quick commerce yet be tailored to my own brand and catalogue.

Key functionality
• Real-time order tracking that updates every few seconds
• Secure in-app payments (cards, UPI, wallets, etc.)
• A space for customers to leave reviews and ratings
• Promo engine to push special discounts and limited-time schemes

Beyond the customer app, I’ll also need the usual companion pieces—driver interface, admin dashboard, product/price management, push notifications and basic analytics—so please factor those in.

I’m open to the tech stack as long as it delivers reliable performance and can scale. Cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native are fine, and I’m equally comfortable with native Swift/Kotlin if that’s your preference. For the back end, using Firebase, AWS or any modern micro-service setup works as long as order events stay in sync and payments remain PCI-compliant.
