Employee Onboarding App Development

I’m ready to commission a cross-platform employee onboarding app that runs smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web. The core features I need are straightforward but must be rock-solid:

• Employee registration – a clean, intuitive flow that captures personal details and automatically records them in our back-end HR system.
• Secure document upload – staff must be able to submit ID, contracts, and certificates from either a phone camera or local files, with everything encrypted at rest and in transit.

To keep our internal processes seamless, the app must talk directly to our existing HR management platform (REST or GraphQL endpoints are available) and trigger confirmation emails through our current email service provider.

You’re free to choose the most appropriate tech stack—React Native, Flutter, or any other cross-platform framework—so long as the final product offers consistent UX across devices, responsive web views, and maintainable code. An accompanying admin dashboard for reviewing submissions would be a plus.

Deliverables:
1. Source code (mobile and web) with clear build instructions
2. Fully functional integrations with HR system and email service
3. Basic admin panel for document review and user management
4. Deployment guide and brief handover session
