Python Workflow Automation for Certificates

I want to streamline my Spanish property-certification practice with a single Python application that takes the raw export from our on-site iPad form and turns it into finished paperwork. The iPad spits out a folder full of mixed-format files (CSV data sheets, JPEG site photos, the occasional PDF or DOC). From that bundle the script must:

• Detect and parse the structured text-and-number records.
• Pull the JPEG images into the correct spots in the templates.
• Auto-create both an Energy Performance Certificate and a Habitability Certificate, ready to sign.

For every new assessment the program should spin up a time-stamped project directory, drop in the generated PDFs, then prepare an invoice draft (simple PDF or XLSX is fine) based on my fee table. A dashboard or concise CSV report that lists all open jobs, their status and billing stage will help me stay on top of deadlines.

You are free to use standard libraries plus favourites such as Pandas, ReportLab, FPDF, or docx, provided the final solution runs from a single command or small GUI on macOS. Clear documentation, commented code and a short walkthrough video will complete the delivery.
