I need a lightweight Python script that cycles through a list of URLs, opens each one through a rotating residential proxy, waits on the page for a random 5–15 seconds, and then closes or moves on. Playwright, Selenium, or even pure Requests with a headless browser driver are all acceptable as long as the footprint remains small and the run is fully headless.

Core requirements
• Proxy handling: support both HTTP and SOCKS5 credentials and rotate them automatically per visit.
• User-Agent rotation: randomly select from a pool that mixes desktop and mobile strings on every request.
• Dwell time: configurable 5-15 second delay (or any range I change later) before the next URL fires.
• Config file: a simple text, JSON, or YAML file where I can paste new target URLs and proxy logins without touching code.
• No form filling or complex interaction—just load the page until network idle and record that it was reached.

Deliverables
1. Clean, well-commented Python source.
2. requirements.txt (Playwright, Selenium, or other chosen libraries).
3. Sample config file plus README that shows one-line setup and run commands on Windows or Linux.

Acceptance will be based on running a short list of test URLs with a mixed proxy pool and seeing randomized UA strings in the server logs.

Let me know your estimated turnaround time and price, plus which library you prefer to use so I can plan environment setup on my end.
