Prototype Tabletop Dryer Assembly

I have complete CAD drawings for a small tabletop dryer that combines a basic airflow system, a low-temperature heating element, and a simple timer circuit. The goal is to prove the concept, not to create a production-ready unit, so I’m looking for a pragmatic builder who can source readily available components from my preferred parts list and put together one clean, safely wired prototype.

What I’ll hand over:
• PDF and STEP drawings with dimensions, airflow path, and wiring diagram
• A spreadsheet listing the off-the-shelf fan, cartridge heater, timer module, and enclosure parts I’d like to use (all stocked by major suppliers)

What I need back:
• A fully assembled, bench-tested prototype that runs for at least one hour without overheating
• Basic performance notes: measured airflow (CFM), surface temperature at the heat outlet, and any assembly tweaks you made
• Photos or short video showing the unit in operation

I’m in Southern California, so local pickup or drop-off is ideal, but I can ship parts to a remote builder if you share progress photos and a final demo clip before shipment. Please quote for labor and any incidental hardware you expect to add; I’ll purchase the main components directly.
