For an upcoming outreach campaign focused on accommodation providers in the City of Bristol, I need a comprehensive contact database that covers traditional hotels as well as serviced apartments within the city limits. The finished file should hold well over 100 unique properties and include three data points for each one: an active email address, a direct phone number, and a complete mailing address.

Please compile the information into a clean spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets). Each row should represent a single property with clearly labeled columns for:

• Property name
• Street address, city, and postcode
• Main email address (ideally a reservations or general enquiries inbox)
• Direct phone number (switchboard or front-desk line)

Sources and collection methods are up to you—public websites, booking platforms, LinkedIn, local business directories, or your own scraping tools—so long as the data is accurate, current, and ready for immediate use in a marketing workflow. Spot-check duplicates, ensure Bristol postcodes only, and flag any entries you are unsure about in a separate tab.

Deliver the completed spreadsheet plus a brief note on how you gathered and verified the records.

The Priority Post code areas are predominantly BS1, BS3, BS8 (South Bristol - Bedminster/Southville, Hotwells, Waterfront, Central and Clifton/Redland and including central Bristol Hotels/serviced apartments with available contact details that are happy to be contacted for enquiries by telephone / email.

I have included a map of the region and if the project works out we can expand to the areas within this quadrant.
